Cockeysville Rec offers the following fitness classes consisting of easy-to-follow choreographed cardio routines (including step (optional), latin, and kickboxing), strength training and floor work

Monday and Wednesday Evenings

BEGINS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9

6:15 to 7:15 p.m. at Padonia International Elementary School Cafeteria  directions

Instructor:  Susanne

This class consists of easy-to-follow choreographed cardio routines (including Latin, step (step optional), and kickboxing), strength training (weights) and floor work (legs, abs, core, stretching) set to a variety of contemporary music

Tuesday and Thursday Evenings

BEGINS TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10

6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Pot Spring Elementary School Cafeteria  directions

Instructor:  Andrea

This complete body workout features a gentle warm-up followed by 40 minutes of easy-to-follow aerobic exercise at your level of intensity. You'll strengthen your heart and lungs while you increase your stamina. Our cool down transitions to resistance training and floor exercises for strength and tone. Each class is set to a wide variety of popular music with some surprises added for a fun workout that never feels like the same old routine.

Tuesday and Thursday Mornings

BEGINS TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10

9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Warren Elementary School Activity Room  directions

Instructor:  Susanne

This class consists of easy-to-follow choreographed cardio routines (including Latin, step (step optional), and kickboxing), strength training (weights) and floor work (legs, abs, core, stretching) set to a variety of contemporary music

There is a non-refundable donation of $45 for an 8-week session (16 classes). We accept cash or checks made payable to Cockeysville Rec Council (or CRC). Walk-in registration is taken the first 3 weeks of class prior to the start of the class you plan to attend. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before first class to complete registration. New participants -  please bring a completed copy of the release form on the home page.
